Luis at Mr. Windows gave a great presentation to us at the beginning of the experience. They sent me a reminder text for installation of my windows the day before. The installers were on time, they did great work and they were very professional. The installers replaced the rotten wood that was around my bed room window and I was quite impressed. Luis was amazing with the quote process and walking us through what to expect in replacing our windows after Harvey. His crew did an AMAZING job, was here on time, worked all day and cleaned up any mess from the installation as well as the windows. I would highly recommend them!!read more

I wasn't sure what to expect when my coworker gave me the # for Mr Windiws & Doors. When Luis C showed up I was even more skepical because Ivwas in the midst of a bad contractor experience. Luis was knowledgeable and personable...and it didn't hurt he was from Jersey. We discussed all the details and what i could expect. To say this was an extremely positive experience wouldn't be enough. Everything Luis said would happen ... happened. The guys showed up on time and worked efficiently and cleanly. They covered my furniture and things. The level of professionalism was amazing!!! I would DEFINITELY recommend this company with everything from the sales, installation and ultimately to the wrap up.
