1. Service Quotes
All quotes provided by Mr Windows Houston are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated in writing. Quotes are based on current material costs and labor rates and are subject to change if project specifications are altered.
2. Payments and Financing
Payment terms are outlined in your specific project contract. We accept major credit cards, checks, and offer financing through third-party partners like Synchrony Bank. All financing is subject to credit approval. A deposit is typically required to begin custom manufacturing of your windows.
3. Installation and Lead Times
Lead times for custom-manufactured windows vary based on material selection and manufacturer schedules. Estimated timelines provided during consultation are approximate and not guaranteed. Installation requires reasonable access to your property and clear workspace around windows.
4. Warranties
We provide a Lifetime Installation Warranty on our workmanship, including a Leak-Free Guarantee: for as long as the original purchaser owns and lives in the home, if water leaks in because of the glass or our installation, we correct it at no cost. This warranty is personal to the original purchaser and ends when the home is sold. Other leak sources, re-caulking after the first 2 years, and product service that is not an active leak are billable. See our Lifetime Installation Warranty for full details. Manufacturer warranties on materials vary by brand and product line. Please refer to your specific product documentation for detailed warranty information.
5. Limitation of Liability
Mr Windows Houston is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question.

7. Governing Law
