Our Best Price Guarantee
Our best price, the first time, locked in writing for 30 days. Take all the time you need to compare, and if you find a written bid that covers the same work for less, send it over and we will go through it with you line by line.
Comparing window quotes? Take your time.
New windows are a big purchase, and almost everyone wants to see more than one number before they decide. That is the right instinct, and we would rather you did.
So there is nothing in our quote built to hurry you along. No countdown, no price that is only good today, no reason to sign before you are ready. Your price is our best price, it is written down, and it holds for 30 days while you look around.
Comparing window quotes is harder than it looks. Two proposals can carry the same total and cover very different work. When you get another bid, send it over and we will go through it with you.
The guarantee, in three parts
Our best price, the first time
We quote off a published price list, so the number you get is the number. It is the same for every customer on the same job, and it will still be the same next week. Our posted discounts are listed below, and they go to everyone who qualifies.
Locked in writing for 30 days
Your quote carries a date, and your price holds through it. Material costs move. Yours does not, inside that window. You get time to think without a countdown clock running.
Apples-to-Apples Bid Review
Bring us any written bid. We go through it line by line with you. If it is truly equal, we match it or beat it. If it is not, we show you exactly what is missing. And if it really is the better deal, we tell you to take it.
Why we can say this
- No commission sales team. Nobody here works on commission, so your number is not tied to anyone's paycheck.
- In-house crews, never subcontractors. The people who quote your job are the people who install it, so we know exactly what our labor costs before we hand you a price.
- We quote off a published price list. Not off your ZIP code, not off the car in your driveway, and not off how the conversation is going.
What makes two bids actually comparable
Most homeowners do not realize there are three separate warranties in play on a window job. When a bid comes in cheaper, it is usually cheaper because one of them is missing. Our Bid Review checks all three.
1 The manufacturer's product warranty
Limited lifetime on the frame, sash, insulated glass seal, hardware, and screens. Plenty of bids carry a lifetime warranty on the frame with only 10 or 20 years on the glass seal. In Houston heat, the glass seal is the part that actually fails.
2 A lifetime workmanship warranty on the installation
In writing, for as long as you own and live in the home. This is where the big companies thin out, with labor coverage measured in years rather than lifetimes. A window is only as good as its installation, so a lifetime product warranty paired with a two-year labor warranty leaves you exposed on the part most likely to go wrong.
3 A leak-free guarantee that includes the labor
If water gets in because of the glass or our installation, we fix it at no cost to you. The labor is the tell. A warranty that ships you a free part and then bills you for the visit is not the same warranty.
Ask every company you are comparing one question: if this leaks in year six, who pays for the labor? That answer separates most bids faster than the price does.

Our posted discounts
These are published rates rather than something to negotiate. If you qualify you get them, and so does everyone else who qualifies. Personal discounts do not stack with each other.
- Senior discount
- Veteran discount
- First responder discount
- Cash discount
Every discount applied to your project is itemized by name on your quote, so you can see exactly how your number was built.
Terms of the Bid Review
To be reviewed under our Bid Review, a competing bid must be:
- Written, itemized, and signed, on the company's own letterhead, dated within the last 30 days.
- The same or an equivalent window line, glass package (Low-E, argon), and frame material.
- The same installation method, full-frame or pocket, with the same scope: interior trim, exterior wrap, caulk, haul-off, and permits where required.
- Backed by the same three layers of warranty coverage described above.
We do not match "today only" promotional pricing or bids that leave out work ours includes. Posted discounts are available to every qualifying customer and are listed above. Price locks apply for the period printed on your quote.
