MW CoolCore Frame
Multi-chambered vinyl frame with foam-filled cavities and a slim, narrowline profile.
The frame itself blocks heat instead of conducting it, and the slimmer profile gives you more glass and more daylight per opening.
MW Heat Reflector Glass
Low-E coated insulated glass with argon fill and warm-edge spacers, in two tiers tuned for Gulf Coast heat.
Reflects solar heat before it enters the room. West-facing rooms stop cooking in the afternoon.
MW StormGrip
Sash-to-sill interlock plus multi-point locking hardware that pulls the sash tight against the frame.
Wind-driven rain hits a sealed perimeter instead of a gap. Locked also means quieter and more secure.
MW DrySill
Raised sill dam and weep system that collects water and channels it back outside.
Gulf storms push rain sideways. This sill is designed to take it and drain it, every time.
MW SmoothGlide Balance
Constant-force coil balance system in the sash, replacing old-style cords and weights.
The sash opens with one finger and stays where you put it, year after year.
Fusion-Welded Corners
Frame and sash corners are heat-welded into one continuous piece rather than screwed together.
